I’m Iza Thomson, an earth builder, designer, educator and artisan. I am passionate about reconnecting people back to our symbiotic relationship with the Earth through reintegrating natural materials back into our lives.

Workshops Gatherings
One to three day workshops to bring groups together, with the option to leave also creating a small permanent creation such as an earth oven, sculpture or bench.
Presentations & Stalls
Showcasing natural building methodology through practical demonstrations such as mixing cob or by hosting a stall with tangible samples of natural materials.
Building & Plastering
I use earthen materials to add earthen elements to your build project. This is through elements such as light earth, cob, wattle and daub, or plastering with clay.
Art & Sculpture
We will discuss your dreams and ideas and work together to create a piece of earthen art to add more layers of meaning to your land-based project through

I am passionate about creating spaces which bring people in closer connection to the earth, considering our role of ecological reciproicty when working with natural materials.
